Our Story

We met at a college bible study one Wednesday night 13 years ago. We became friends, hanging out at church activities and going out in a big group of friends. About 3 years later, our friendship turned into something deeper and we went out on our first date. It was a great date! We dated for 2 and 1/2 years before Rocky popped the question and Nicole said yes. We married in December at Nicole’s home church and had a beautiful reception at the Knott’s Berry Farm hotel.

Our favorite things to do together are go to Disneyland, any county fair, try new restaurants, hang out with friends, have game nights, go to musicals and spend time with our families. We love baseball, although we don’t agree on teams at all! Rocky is a Dodgers fan while Nicole roots for the Angels.

A year into our marriage we got two puppies. Winston is an English Bulldog, whose slobbery kisses will melt your heart, and Penny is a little Dachshund who loves to cuddle.

Rocky is the drummer in 2 bands, and Nicole loves to go to his shows to support him-and dance! He loves to fish, bowl and fix computers. Nicole loves to bake and decorate cupcakes, write stories and read books.

We’ve always pictured ourselves as parents, and are ready to expand our little family.

Our Home

We have owned our condo for 7 years. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in a quiet complex with a gated pool. There is a park next to the condo complex and is walking distance away from shops, restaurants and a movie theater.

We have done many upgrades to our home since we bought it, including putting in hardwood floors, laying tile in the kitchen, redoing the bathtub/shower and putting in new windows.

We have a small fenced-in patio that is shaded by a huge tree, air conditioning, and a detached garage. It isn’t our forever home, but it is a good first home.
